چکیده

We discuss magnetic moments of the baryons allowing for avour symmetry breaking in the quark magnetic moments. We nd that such a symmetry breaking is necessary to achieve consistency with data for the nucleon spin structure obtained from deep inelastic scattering. For the e ective magnetic moments we nd u= d = 1:79 0:06 and s= d = 0:68 0:05. We also calculate weak decay form factors, which in our model turn out to be independent of the symmetry breakings, and nd good agreement with experimental data.
